Northland Utilities (NWT) Limited’s (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) Electric Service Tariff is comprised of the Rate Schedule and these Terms and Conditions. The Company conducts its business activities in compliance with these terms and conditions.

The Terms and Conditions are regulated by the Public Utilities Board for the Northwest Territories (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”), in accordance with the Public Utilities Act, and may not be changed without the approval of the Board. Notice of any application to amend the Terms and Conditions of Service will be given in such manner as the Board may from time to time direct.

The Terms and Conditions of Service and any subsequent amendments come into force on the date approved by the Board and supersede any previous Terms and Conditions of the Company.
