These Regulations are the Electric Service Regulations referred to in the Electric Service Tariff of Northland Utilities (NWT) Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and form part of the Electric Service Tariff of the Company. The Company conducts its business activities in compliance with the Regulations.

The Regulations have been approved by the Public Utilities Board for the Northwest Territories (hereinafter referred to as the "Board"), and may not be changed without the approval of the Board. Notice of any application to amend these Regulations will be given in such manner as the Board may from time to time direct.

The Regulations and any subsequent amendments come into force on the date approved by the Board and supersede any previous Electric Service Regulations of the Company.
