Snowking's Annual Winter Festival
This is a festival held each winter on the ice of Great Slave Lake's Yellowknife Bay at a castle made solely of snow and ice. It includes attractions and activities for all ages and cultures including fireworks, concerts and shows, a theatre, and an art show. A café serving warm beverages and soup has been added to the design recently as well. It is truly an extraordinary, unique experience available to northerners and visitors alike.
